Step 1. Download the sample admin panel template i will use Joli admin download the link here:

Step 2. After you download the Joli admin panel Zip the file ..
Step 3: After Zipping the File now go to this link : https://build.phonegap.com/
Click the sign in Adobe Id if you don't have adobe account you will use your google or facebook account to sign in
click the Upload a Zip and choose your zip file or the joli admin and then open and wait for a minutes to Finnish your project to convert into apk
after the uploading file click the ready to build
Click any the android phone icon, Ios icon and windows icon to download your app..
